  Blood is thicker than water. (argumentative writing)  'Family is a gift that lasts forever’, we all are taught since the day we are born that no one is above family, they stick with you through thick and thins, they never leave you even if you make their heart sad, they might be rough times amongst each other sometimes but they always come to each other at the end of the day.  We make a lot of friends in life, in school, in college, when we start working etc, some people become such an important part of life but at some point, due to some misunderstanding and distance, those bonds fade which does not happen with your family, no matter where you are, there is always some connection.
